The college football coaching carousel continues to have a drastic impact on the 2026 recruiting cycle. In Baton Rouge, Lane Kiffin has spent the first few days of his LSU tenure working to improve LSU's 12th-ranked recruiting class. Kiffin has flipped three Ole Miss commits to LSU and held on to 5-star DL commit Richard Anderson. Those are huge wins for Kiffin as he builds his 2026 roster. But Kiffin and the Tigers are in major danger of losing 4-star DL recruit Deuce Geralds.

According to Rivals, Geralds will delay his signing until this Friday, December 5. Geralds originally committed to LSU on August 2, but several other schools are still in pursuit of his services.
