The NFL Network’s annual Top 100 players ranked players 100-41 last Sunday. Now, a week later, the players from 40-11 were unveiled and Jamal Adams and Devin White both found their names on the list.
Adams fell a few places on the 2021 list that is voted on by current NFL players. Adams, 31, was ranked 27th last season and the game’s top-rated safety. Now he’s second behind Budda Baker of the Arizona Cardinals, but I’m sure his massive $72 million deal he signed last week makes up for it.
Adams made 83 tackles in his first season with Seattle and set the NFL single-season record for sacks by a defensive back with 9.
