LSU picked up another commitment to its 2021 recruiting class late Wednesday afternoon when four-star defensive end Naquan Brown pledged to the Tigers.
The Virginia Beach, Virginia native picked LSU over other programs like Miami, Penn State and Virginia Tech. Brown is the No. 11 weakside defensive end in 247’s composite, the No. 7 prospect in the state of Virginia and the No. 194 overall prospect.
Brown is currently listed at 6’3” and 205 pounds. He’ll definitely need to put on weight, the question is how much. If the coaching staff wants Brown to be a true 4-3 defensive end, expect Brown to add about 25 to 30 pounds.
