BATON ROUGE – In the final national rankings of 2021 based on team average, the LSU Gymnastics kept its spot at No. 2.
The Tigers own an average of 197.325 this season after scoring a 197.325 in Tuscaloosa Friday night. LSU has now earned a 197-plus score in five-straight meets.
Next Monday the rankings will be based on NQS. This year it will be the average of four scores – a team's top two road scores and top two home scores. LSU's NQS at this point is a 197.531, which includes home scores of 198.050 and 197.
