BATON ROUGE – LSU women's basketball head coach Nikki Fargas has announced the addition of graduate transfer Ariyah Copeland to the Tigers' family. Copeland will transfer from Alabama following completion of her undergraduate degree.
"The LSU family welcomes Ariyah Copeland," said Fargas. "Ariyah's impact on the game is going to be immediate. Her ability to score the ball will give us another threat in the paint. She proved that by finishing No. 1 in the SEC and No. 3 in the nation in field goal percentage. Ariyah plays this game with great passion and is going to be a great addition to our team.
