Former LSU football wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr landed in a perfect NFL situation on Friday evening.
Marshall, a former five-star recruit, was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the second round (No. 59 overall pick) of the 2021 NFL Draft.
This is an absolute steal for the Panthers.
Marshall is a first-round talent who never got a chance to shine at LSU, due to playing behind Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase. The COVID-19 pandemic also impacted Marshall’s opportunities to show off his skills in Baton Rouge.
