Ed Orgeron reveals secret to top LSU prospect’s weight loss during speaking tour

LSU coach Ed Orgeron recently revealed the secret to the weight loss of Tyler Shelvin, a five-star defensive tackle signee.

“I told his grandma, ‘Start feeding him gumbo with no rice,'” Orgeron said with a smile Monday during an appearance in Lafayette for the latest leg of his speaking tour. “He called me and said, ‘Coach, you’re killing me.
