East Ascension's Justin Harris committed to and signed with Baylor on Wednesday morning.
LSU sent scholarship paperwork to Harris, but it was ultimately too late as he decided on the Bears.
Harris took an official visit to LSU on Jan. 20.
The 6-foot-6, 250-pound defensive end also took an official visit to Purdue prior to visiting the Tigers before he visited the Bears on Jan. 27.
He was a former UCF commitment and also had offers from Texas A&M, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, UTSA and South Alabama.
