In this update, we’ll recap the weekly Coach O Show and continue our Countdown to Game Day, but first, a word on a few Tigers recognized by the media, as well as some exciting news on the recruiting front.
Ten LSU football players — four on defense, four on offense, and two on special teams — garnered preseason All-SEC recognition. The preseason All-SEC team and the predicted order of finish for the league were determined in a vote of media members. LSU was picked to finish second in the SEC Western Division behind Alabama, and tied Georgia for second place in the voting for this year’s SEC Champion.
