The hot topic of the day is that LSU quarterbacks coach Joe Sloan and wide receivers coach Cortez Hankton will indeed be LSU’s co-offensive coordinators for the 2024 season. The two will combine to fill the position vacated by Mike Denbrock, who left LSU for the offensive coordinator position at Notre Dame.
You probably know from our previous reports that this move is very understandable to me. Coach Brian Kelly loves the chemistry of his offensive coaching staff, and bringing in someone from the outside would have almost certainly disrupted it.
