The father of Louisville running back Jeremy Smith says his son is planning a graduate transfer, and he’s discussing LSU and Alabama as potential destinations, as reported by the Louisville Courier-Journal.
Craig Williams said Smith (6 feet 2, 224 pounds) is interested in any school where he can play as an every-down back, and he specifically mentioned LSU and Alabama. Smith has at least a tenuous connection with each program: He is a Louisiana native and took an official visit to Alabama in 2014 before signing with the Cardinals.
