Every signing class needs a couple of program guys. I don’t mean guys that are there just to fill a roster spot, I mean guys who are going to bust their ass for years because they’ve always wanted play for whatever school they committed to. Matthew Langlois is one of those guys.
The Story
A local kid, Langlois was one of the best athletes from the New Roads area. Langolis didn’t face the stiffest competition at Catholic Point Coupee but that didn’t stop him from piling up offers from several Power Five schools, though none of which were from schools that would ever challenge for the CFP, expansion or no expansion.
