After missing out on the Final Four in each of the last two seasons, fans of LSU women's basketball are eager to see their team compete for another championship this season.
Flau'Jae Johnson and Mikaylah Williams are back, but there are plenty of new faces on the 2025-26 roster. Five freshmen and a handful of talented transfers make up a dynamic group of newcomers, who hope to follow the veteran leadership of Johnson and Williams. Despite the lack of roster continuity, LSU remains a contender with Kim Mulkey at the helm.
Mulkey and her staff are out on the recruiting trail eyeing more top talent to bring to Baton Rouge.
