The LSU baseball team took care of business last night with a 17-5 run-rule win over Grambling. The game went pretty much as one should expect when the nation’s top team plays a greatly out-matched opponent. The Tigers were able to empty the bench and get a lot of guys some much-needed playing time while also wrapping it up in short order, which is significant since LSU’s big series against Tennessee will come early this week, beginning on Thursday.
As you can tell by the score, LSU dominated. But the Grambling Tigers were in it through two innings.
