After a longer wait than expected, Terrace Marshall finally heard his name called.
Marshall was taken 59th overall by the Carolina Panthers.
Marshall had a spectacular albeit abridged junior season, catching 48 passes for 731 yards and 10 scores in just seven games. Marshall opted out after LSU’s 20-7 defeat against Texas A&M.
Marshall practically lived in the end zone during his LSU career. Of his 106 career receptions, 23 went for touchdowns. That also ties him for fourth all-time in program history with his former teammate Ja’Marr Chase.
As a sophomore, Marshall started 12 games and was a key piece in LSU’s historic 2019 offense.
