LSU Football Recruiting: Seven Scheduled Official Visitors Cap Off 2015's Recruiting Season

The LSU Tigers and head coach Les Miles are looking to end their 2015 recruiting season with a bang, as the program will host seven key prospects on this last weekend before Wednesday's National Signing Day.

Headlining the weekend is five-star defensive end CeCe Jefferson, who stands as the highest-rated prospect coming to town and also would be a HUGE addition for an LSU team in need of help on the end. He is currently ranked as the #7 prospect in the entire nation by 247Sports.

Another position of need for LSU is inside linebacker, and the Tigers hope that 4-star Brookhaven (MS) standout Leo Lewis sees enough to flip from his current commitment to the Ole Miss Rebels.

The Tigers are also looking to find some depth at safety, and either a flip of 4-star Mississippi State commit Jamal Peters or a signing of three-star Geismar (LA) defensive back Justin Reid would fit that bill. While Reid's a lock to visit, Peters has visits scheduled to both MSU and LSU and will only be able to make one. The one who secures the visit could have the inside track on signing him.

Rounding out LSU's official visits on the weekend are 3-star New Orleans-Jesuit tight end Foster Moreau, 3-star Dallas (TX) Prime Prep Academy wide receiver Brandon Martin, and punter Josh Growden- the potential next heir apparent to future NFL prospect Jamie Kheen.
