Four-star DB commit Ugo Amadi flips to Oregon.

Already having flipped a commitment from Ole Miss to LSU on December 30th, four-star Nashville (TN) Overton defensive back Ugo Amadi has flipped his commitment just over a week later to Oregon:

Amadi reportedly rethought his commitment after his recruiter and former LSU defensive coordinator, John Chavis, left for Texas A&M.

Field getting more crowded for 2016 five-star quarterback Shea Patterson

The LSU Tigers have an offer in to heralded Shreveport (LA) Calvary Baptist Academy five-star QB Shea Patterson, and they're far from alone.

The Class of 2016 standout already holds offers from Notre Dame, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss, and after Friday, Arizona State (amongst plenty of others).

247Sports ranks the Louisiana product as the 16th best player in the 2016 class, along with tabbing as the 3rd best pro-style quarterback on the board. Whether LSU can nab the coveted in-state product amid a ton of competition still remains to be seen.
