On Sept. 25, the Miami Dolphins defeated the Super Bowl favorite Buffalo Bills in a thrilling 21-19 game. Hard Rock Stadium and the city of Miami erupted in chants of triumph, as they were recognized as Super Bowl contenders for the first time in many years.

However, this distracted them from the fact that their star quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, sustained a particularly strong hit to the head, got on his feet and quickly tumbled back to the ground.
