Former men’s basketball player Jake Baughman is returning to the team as director of player development — a job that was recently held by his teammate Clayton Custer.
After former head coach Porter Moser departed from Loyola in April 2021, he brought Custer to join him at Oklahoma University in a similar position.
Head coach Drew Valentine “welcomed home” the former guard and Quinlan School of Business graduate, who played his final minutes of his five-year tenure with the team in its loss against Oregon State during the NCAA Tournament semifinals.
