Former Loyola guard Ben Richardson signed to play professional basketball in Poland next year. Details of the contract were not immediately available.
Richardson will play for MKS Dabrowa Gornicza — a professional team based in Dabrowa Gornicza, Poland — next season, the team announced today.
Head coach Jacek Winnicki offered Richardson a contract after he worked out for them at the Worldwide Invitational Showcase July 8-10. The Showcase was an opportunity for players to present their skills in front of general managers and coaches from the top leagues in Europe as well as the NBA G-League.
