After reports and rumors swirled around social media, Porter Moser has decided to remain at Loyola.
Moser had been in talks to become the next head coach at St. John’s University, The Phoenix confirmed. Tuesday afternoon, he announced he’d stay Loyola’s head coach — meaning he turned down a reported job offer.

“People in business say I’m crazy for passing up opportunities and the money,” Moser said in a statement.
