Former Loyola men’s basketball guard Milton Doyle has signed with Hapoel Eilat BC in Israel, according to a tweet posted from the professional basketball team May 18.
Doyle is heading to Israel after a season in the NBA G-League with the Windy City Bulls where he averaged 17.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 5.8 assists in the 2019-20 season. The season was cut short due to COVID-19.
“Everything is paused right now,” Doyle said. “We really don’t know what’s going to happen with basketball as far as next season. [Israel] is the only place that’s playing right now.
