The No. 10-ranked Loyola men’s volleyball team (19-7, 12-2) swept Quincy University 3-0 on Saturday night at Gentile Arena. The Ramblers extended their winning streak to six with their win tonight as they head into the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) tournament as the second seed.
It was senior night for the Ramblers as all six seniors received a standing ovation from the crowd as their names blared through the loudspeakers. Loyola head coach Mark Hulse was especially moved tonight as he began his head coaching career at Loyola the same year this year’s seniors started their time at Loyola.
