The Loyola women’s volleyball team (10-7, 4-0) walked away with the win in three straight sets against Fordham University in the second of a two-game homestand at Gentile Arena Oct. 1. The win gave the team the weekend sweep against Fordham, extended its winning streak to four and continued its undefeated run in Atlantic 10 (A-10) play.
The first set began with a long back-and-forth volley between the Ramblers and the Rams. Junior outside hitter Karlie McNabb dove to save the ball early and finished the possession with a kill to start the set off 1-0 Loyola.
