As fans return to Loyola sporting events this fall, new COVID-19 protocols will be arriving with them.
In a press release Aug. 17, Loyola announced fans will be required to present COVID-19 vaccination cards or proof of a negative test within 72 hours prior to the game they are attending beginning Aug. 21.
Masks will also be required at all volleyball games at Gentile Arena regardless of vaccination status, in line with Loyola’s recent decision to enact an indoor masking requirement inside all campus buildings.
Fully vaccinated individuals are encouraged, but not required, to wear masks outdoors at Loyola Soccer Park.
