Defeating Rhode Island, Hofstra, Temple, Utah State, Texas Rio Grande Valley the LMU volleyball team has started the season strong by earning a 5-1 record in their first six games. The team has lost their only game of the season to No. 24 Cal Poly.
The team has outperformed their opponents in nearly every statistical category so far this season. They have racked up 344 team kills compared to their opponent’s 223 and a .292 attempt percentage compared to opponent’s .203. As a team, the Lions have made 326 assists versus 207 by their opponents, as well as served 39 aces compared to the 22 served by their opponents.
