BRIEF: U of L announced around 4:40 p.m. today that classes are cancelled and university offices will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 3.
The announcement comes as Louisville is expected to receive anywhere from 0.25 to 0.75 inches of ice in a winter storm that will move into the area Thursday morning.
