Watching Rondale Moore, a Trinity High School product and former Louisville football “recruit,” tear up the Big Ten last season for Purdue and not be wearing the red and black was one of the most disheartening things about a season that had so much go wrong for the Cards.
After growing up a huge Louisville football fan as a kid, and being literally in the backyard of Bobby Petrino and staff, somehow the staff prioritized other players and missed out on one of the nation’s top freshman in 2018.
Moore wasn’t the only one who the Cards missed out on.
