As anyone who has ever lived in or visited the city of Louisville will tell you, calling it the 37th best at anything basketball-related is laughable. Yet, that’s where the site specializing in studies, statistics, credit, loans, and investing ranks the largest city in Kentucky.
Around the city, those who have lived here during March and April will tell you that there’s really no time like March Madness. However, some outside of the city seem to think differently.
