As this calendar year comes to an end, let’s take a look back at the wonderful and exciting year it was for Cardinal basketball in 2025.
What a calendar year 2025 has been for the Louisville Cardinals. Although some disappointments were thrown into the mix, including an absolutely shameful showing by the NCAA tournament selection committee, the Cardinals put themselves back on the map as a perennial contender for the ACC championship.
Louisville basketball fans are back to being one of the most raucous groups in the country, a feat that was stolen from them by the two disastrous, downright embarrassing seasons under Kenny Payne at the helm.
