Last night, former second-round pick and No. 40 overall selection, Tyler Shough, made his anxiously awaited NFL preseason debut as the New Orleans Saints went head-to-head with the San Diego Chargers. The former Louisville football star quarterback had a lot of pressure heading into this game for many reasons, as Shough was selected over Colorado star Shedeur Sanders, and is in a showdown with Spencer Rattler for the starting job.
While Shough showed some inexperience with his pick-six in the third quarter, he also showed flashes of brilliance and high potential with his 54-yard touchdown throw shortly after.
