The Louisville football program is heading into ACC games with a big smile as the Cardinals are 3-0 for the third straight season. They have completed their non-conference schedule, aside from the Governor's Cup against Kentucky, which will conclude the season, and will now play ACC teams from Week 5 until Week 13.
Louisville is not yet ranked in the AP Poll's top 25, but they have a massive opportunity this weekend against Pitt to jump some one-loss teams and make it in the top 25 for the first time this season. Louisville's schedule is manageable as of now, although one of the Cardinals' toughest games was initially scheduled to be a Friday night blockbuster showdown with the Clemson Tigers.
