The conference opener for lacrosse came in an overtime thriller. Kellie Young’s team was able to rally back and defeat Boston College 7-6 in overtime. The winning overtime goal came from Hannah Koloski, 2015’s leading scorer.
Last season the Cardinals lost a close one on the road against BC 16-15. U o fL would return the favor in 2016 and Young spoke after the game about the match.
