Louisville football got massive recruiting news late last night as the Cardinals' top commitment, Lekhy Thompkins, shut down his recruiting process. The IMG Academy star has been heavily recruited by big-time programs lately, including Miami and Colorado, but Hayes Fawcett reported last night and Thompkins confirmed that he is officially a Louisville Cardinal.
Thompkins has emerged as one of Jeff Brohm's biggest hidden gems as the 3-star running back transferred to the prestigious IMG Academy for his senior season and has now taken the nation by storm after his dominant season. The Louisville commit has rushed for 1108 rushing yards and is averaging 8.
