Louisville football is set to return to the field this Saturday against Bowling Green from L&N Stadium. The Cardinals are off to a 2-0 start for the third consecutive season under head coach Jeff Brohm, and will look to be 3-0 after Saturday's showdown.
Louisville opens up as dominant favorites over the Falcons, but it is worth noting Bowling Green did go into Penn State last season and took the Nittany Lions down to the wire, but fell just short, 34-27. The Falcons are a sneaky team as former NFL legend Eddie George leads them.
The former dominant running back for the Houston Oilers has a stacked resume, but now that he is the head coach for Bowling Green and going up against Louisville, the former running back not just high praise for Louisville's All-American Isaac Brown, but compared him to an NFL Hall of Famer.
