Louisville’s Dana Evans repeats as ACC Player of the Year

For the second straight season, Louisville’s Dana Evans has been honored as the ACC Player of the Year by the league’s Blue Ribbon Panel and 15 head coaches.

It marks the fourth straight year that U of L has produced the ACC Women’s Player of the Year, the second longest such streak in league history. Overall, a Cardinal has earned the ACC’s top individual honor in five of the seven years Louisville has been a member of the conference.

Evans leads the conference in scoring at 21.0 ppg and has has scored 20 points or more in 17 of Louisville’s 23 games so far this season.
