Recently, the Louisville Cardinals lost one of their top commitments in the 2026 cycle after 4-star running back Evan Hampton flipped his commitment to the Vanderbilt Commodores. Hampton was ranked as high as the No. 171 recruit in the nation and the top recruit out of the state of Kentucky.
It will be hard to replace Hampton, but Jeff Brohm and Vince Marrow are doing their best as they look to steal a recruit from the Pittsburgh Panthers. 4-star running back Damon Ferguson announced on his social media yesterday that he officially earned an offer from Louisville football.
