Louisville football will look for its next defensive coordinator after Cardinals fans learned yesterday that Ron English and Mark Hagen will be absent next season. It was reported that English is stepping away to watch his son play his final season at Navy, and Hagen will not be back.
The two defensive coaches came to Louisville with Jeff Brohm from Purdue when he took over the job in 2023. So, after multiple years of these three coaching together, Brohm now has to look for a new DC and find some new coaches for his defensive line and safeties.
