It seems like forever since the last time that the Louisville football team has taken the field. Louisville was able to knock off the Charlotte 49ers last Thursday evening 70-14. Quarterback Lamar Jackson had a career day, throwing for six touchdowns and rushing for two more in the first half. Jackson and the Cardinals set their sights on Syracuse later tonight.
An interesting match-up is looming with the Cardinals taking a visit up north to Syracuse. Newly hired head coach Dino Babers is trying to rebuild a Syracuse program that has lost it’s mojo over the last 5-10 years.
