For the last 19 years, Louisville basketball has been a program that has featured star-after-star-after-star.
Francisco Garcia, Taquan Dean, Peyton Siva, Terrence Williams, Donovan Mitchell, Russ Smith, Terry Rozier, Gorgui Dieng, the list goes on and on of the stars that have played under Rick Pitino during the new age Louisville basketball era.
While there’s been national acclaim for a lot of these guys, especially for those who were apart of the 2013 Team (leave your banner comments elsewhere), a lot of the winning that has been accomplished by Louisville has been due to the success of the unheralded role players.
