Much has been made this week of Louisville basketball’s potential for success and a possible deep run in 2020. The Cards return a core of solid, experienced players who will be entering year two under coach Chris Mack. Louisville also brings in one of their best recruiting classes ever, including 3 or 4 newcomers who are almost certain to be instant-impact guys.
However, there is still a lot of mystery as to just how good UofL could be this coming year. As it stands, there are three reasons to believe that the Cards could be searching for at least one more player to join the 2019-20 Cardinals.
