Jordan Nwora earns Third Team All-ACC honors, named league’s Most Improved Player

The ACC released its postseason awards for the 2018-19 men’s basketball on Monday, and Jordan Nwora was named the league’s Most Improved Player. Nwora, who is averaging a team-best 17.3 ppg after scoring just 5.7 ppg last season, was also named Third Team all-conference.

The bigger surprise for Louisville fans likely came in the Coach of the Year voting, where Chris Mack only received enough votes (7) to finish fifth. Virginia’s Tony Bennett ran away with the award.
