Jim Patterson Stadium will not host an NCAA regional in 2021

We still don’t know for certain where the 16 regional sites for this year’s NCAA baseball tournament are going to be, but we know that Jim Patterson Stadium is not going to be one of them.

On Friday afternoon, the NCAA released the 20 teams that currently have an opportunity to host a Regional. Most of the names weren’t surprising, but the exclusion of U of L — which currently sits in the top 10 of nearly every major college baseball poll — was.
