Rick Pitino’s staff was hard at work this weekend on the recruiting trail. The Louisville staff was represented at multiple different AAU events in Indiana and Kentucky.
There are dozens of prospects from the 2016 class that Louisville is expressing interest in. One prospect that is receiving heavy intrest from UofL is V.J. King, a 6-foot-6, small forward, from Akron, OH.
The five star recruit tells Steve Jones of the Courier-Journal that he’ll take a visit to Louisville on May 19th. Louisville’s David Padgett was in attendance to see King on Saturday at the Nike EYBL event in Lexington.
