Dana Evans played her final game in the KFC Yum Center and her team managed to send her out with a win. The Cards fell behind in the first quarter and took the lead going into halftime. Thanks to a monster third quarter by Kianna Smith (13 of her 21 points) Louisville started to pull away but Georgia Tech battled back and never quite felt out of the reach. Still the Cards were able to win 85-70.
Dana led all scorers with 25. She also had 6 assists and 0 turnovers. She also passed Angel McCoughtrey for most double digit performances.
