Gerald Christian of the Arizona Cardinals, the last pick in the 2015 NFL draft, has been pampered this past week more than any other 7th round pick. Every year, the “Mr. Irrelevant” of the draft goes through the tradition of “Mr. Irrelevant Week”.
This year, Mr. Irrelevant Week found Christian making an appearance on the NFL Network’s NFL Total Access program, receiving the key to Newport Beach, riding the Goodyear blimp, going on a family trip to Disneyland, and having an Irrelevant Week All-Star Banquet held in his honor at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach.
