MONROE, La. - The Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) announced its 2017 All-Louisiana tennis teams and the Warhawks had plenty of representation this season.
Senior Petra Horakova was named to the first team while Stefana Andrei and Tiffany Mylonas each earned second team All-Louisiana honors. Andrei was also named the state's Newcomer of the Year. Terrence De Jongh was selected as the Louisiana Coach of the Year. Madalina Grigoriu earned honorable mention on the All-Louisiana team to round out the Warhawk recognition.
Andrei came to ULM from Bucharest, Romania this season and had a 12-3 record, playing all of her matches out of the number one position.
