HUNTINGTON, W. Va. – A combined hitting percentage of -.011 played a key factor in a 3-0 (25-15, 25-11, 25-20) loss for ULM volleyball vs. Marshall Thursday afternoon.
Kennedy Plummer, with the absence of Aniya Hall, led the way for the Warhawks (9-12, 0-7 Sun Belt) with nine kills. Morgan Howard contributed 15 assists along with nine digs, leading the team in both stats.
ULM continued its first set woes as the Thundering Herd (10-10, 2-5 Sun Belt) started with a 14-4 lead. The Warhawks could only bring the deficit to seven as the Herd stormed out to a dominating 1-0 lead in the match.
