MONROE, La. – The ULM softball team dropped two games Sunday against Georgia State inside ULM Softball Complex.

Freshman Casey Waterman (2-2) earned the start in the circle, but the first inning did not quite go as planned. The righty gave up a single and a walk before another single prompted junior center fielder Sidney Coy to throw out a runner at the plate to keep the game scoreless.
Unfortunately, after another single loaded the bases, a dribbler to Waterman turned into an overthrow to the catcher which allowed two runs to score.
