MONROE, La. – The ULM soccer team was unable to overcome an early scoring attack by visiting Central Arkansas on Friday (Aug. 24) as the Warhawks dropped to 0-3 on the season after falling 2-0 to the Bears.
"We're making improvements across the field," said head soccer coach Keyton Wheelock. "We need more movement on the offensive attack, it looked like we fell short in that aspect today, not enough forward push on the ball."
The Warhawks put forth one of their most aggressive performances, putting up eight shots, three on goal. Freshman Mackenzie Bell commanded the Warhawk offense with two shots on goal.
